Friends of the Children – Portland (FriendsPDX) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative coordinator to support fundraising events and community drives that fuel our mission. This full-time role blends event logistics, donor stewardship, and operational support to strengthen community impact.
Bring your strengths in:
- Planning and coordinating events with many moving parts
- Building relationships with volunteers, vendors, and community partners
- Managing in-kind donations and tracking inventories
- Clear communication, problem solving, and strong organizational skills
- Comfort with digital tools (MS Office, fundraising databases, Canva, etc.)
Role details
- Hybrid-remote; requires in-office work at our Portland, OR office
- Salary: $58,933.00-$62,522.01 depending on qualifications
